The Townstar replaced the NV200 and is now built on the Renault Kangoo, so its key system is Renault underneath — either a remote key or a hands-free card:

Yes. The Townstar is a rebadged Renault Kangoo and uses the Renault key and immobiliser system — the same as the Mercedes Citan — so we bring the same dealer-level tooling.
