Last Monday, we very stupidly locked all our vehicle keys in our motorhome while at Baltic Wharf in Bristol. Another company were unable to gain entry but their technician very kindly phoned your company and arranged for Barry to come out and help us out. This was @2100 hours and Barry was there within 30 minutes and quickly gained entry for us. Service was prompt, helpful , efficient & friendly. I received a reply to my initial email on a Sunday and Barry came out on Monday morning with a new key card. he spent an hour re-coding and ensuring everythings was in full working order, and left me with the assurance that if there were any further problems to ring and he’d come back. I would just like to thank you profusely for helping me out of the situation I found myself in. On a Friday morning I inadvertently locked the keys of my car in the ignition of my now locked car. On Friday I contacted 2 different local locksmiths who both said they would be able to open the car for me. Both after countless tries were unable to help. So by Saturday I was at my wits end and close to just breaking a window when my daughter found your website. So at around 11am I phoned yourselves and you assured me you would be able to open the car but after the other 2 companies had let me down I was more than a little sceptical. I gave you the information you asked for and you said you would be with me on the Monday.Monday 1.15pm you arrived and the door was opened within seconds. I cant thank you enough. Yours

Barry saved the day and stopped my son from having to resort to other means of getting into his car. I went onto the internet and found Lock City and called Barry late afternoon. He told me that they were very busy but if it could wait then he would be there by 7pm. I said that it would be fine and true to his word, he called when he was on his way and met me on time. It took him about 30 minutes from start to finish. Cheaper than VW plus he came to me and checked the paperwork when he was there. Unlike VW where you have to take all the paperwork and then wait for anything up to 10 days to get your key at a higher cost…no brainer!!! I highly recommend Lock City and have told all my friends that if they ever need a locksmith speak to Barry. To top off this professional service on the Friday, he came round to the house the following Tuesday to deliver and test the new immobiliser key as it was not in his stock. Fantastic. Took all of the drama out of my 19 year old son’s crisis. Thanks again.

I found myself in a very awkward situation on 29/6/2012 having lost a bunch of keys which included my car keys and house keys. I contacted Lock City and spoke to Barry early that morning and explained my situation to him and he promised to get there later in the afternoon to see what he could do but said that he would probably have to remove the mobiliser from my car in order to sort the car situation out which meant that I wouldn’t be able to drive it till the following Monday. To be honest obviously because he sounded very busy i really didn’t hold out much hope. Lo and behold he was true to his word and turned up later that day. He was able to get my car working that day which was brilliant we all know what it is like not to have your car when you depend on it. He was also able to remove the cylinder lock on my front door and provide me with new keys which meant i could leave the house in a secure state. I was so very grateful and Barry was so polite and informative and would not hesitate in recommending Barry and Lock City to anyone who found themselves in a similar situation. You made me a new set of car keys this afternoon in Chippenham. My partner told me that he found you just by googling “Ford lost key Chippenham” – so it wasn’t a recommendation. However, I would certainly recommend your service to anyone else in my predicament. I lost my only set of Mondeo keys and thought I would have to have ask the RAC to transport my car to a Ford dealer. Thankfully, my partner told me to call you instead. You were responsive, fast and efficient and you really know your stuff. Your roadside replacement saved me a lot of time and hassle and I’m grateful.
