Outlander CW (2007–2012)

Outlander GF / GG (2012–2021) — incl. PHEV
- Key: FAST-Key smart proximity fob common across the range, with a hidden MIT11 emergency blade; secure ID46-class transponder.
- PHEV: the plug-in hybrid uses the same FAST-Key smart system as the petrol/diesel — no difference in how we programme it.
- Security: the keyless system is a relay-theft target — Faraday pouch, disciplined spare storage and re-coding after any theft all matter.
Outlander (2021–present)

Yes. The Outlander uses Mitsubishi’s FAST-Key smart system, and we carry both the blanks and the current software to programme one to your car at the roadside. We handle keyless all-keys-lost as well as spares.
Does the Outlander PHEV use a different key to the petrol version?
No — the Outlander PHEV uses the same FAST-Key smart system as the petrol and diesel versions, so there is no difference in how we programme it. If you have lost the key to a PHEV, we treat it exactly like any other FAST-Key Outlander.
My keyless Outlander fob was stolen — is the car at risk?
