Jeep Renegade (2014–present, Fiat platform)
- Blade: typically the SIP22 profile [verify against your VIN], with a hidden emergency blade on proximity cars.

Can you programme a Jeep Renegade key at the roadside?
For the vast majority of Renegades, yes. We cut the SIP22 blade and code the key to your immobiliser on-site with dealer-level software, reading the security PIN where needed. Only some of the newest Secure Gateway cars can need an extra secure step, and we will tell you before we travel.
I’ve lost all my Renegade keys — what happens?

My Renegade key turns but the buttons are dead — new key?
Usually not. On the Renegade this is almost always a flat fob battery or worn micro-switches, not a failed transponder. We can replace the battery or repair the fob for a fraction of a new key.
Does a proximity (keyless) Renegade cost more to replace?
