Important Coronavirus Message
Lock City are dedicated to constantly monitoring and reacting quickly to the latest information from the UK Governement in relation to COVID-19. We currently have plans in place to maintain services for our customers, whilst protecting both our customers and employees during the outbreak.
For precautionary measures, we have instructed our Locksmiths to anti-bac the surfaces they have been working on, after the work carried out. Please help us with best practices that requires maintaining at least a 2 metre distance between you and the Locksmith. If you have any questions, relating to our policy, please ask.

Thank you for your booking with us. Your booking date has been confirmed on your text. Can we please ask that you carefully check the registration number on your text and let us know if there is any errors (as this can affect the parts we bring).
WHAT TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE?
We generally offer a morning or afternoon appointment with a phone call on our way, unless otherwise agreed. It is not possible for us to give an exact time of arrival as there are many factors in our work for the day (length of previous jobs, traffic etc). Our Locksmith will call you when he is on his way – but you can always call the office and speak to Paul or Abi to get a progress update.
Our Locksmiths have a card machine in the van for your convenience. We also except cash, sorry no cheques.
We would need to see the registered owner of the vehicle, or someone appointed by the registered owner. If you have different circumstances, please let the office know before we come out.
YOUR RECEIPT / INVOICE
Please give your email address to the Locksmith on completion of the work – invoices go out on a Monday (for the previous week), if you need the receipt sooner, please let us know. Sometimes emails get caught in our customer’s inbox filters – please check your spam/junk box
